Fall may be around the corner, but summer weather seems like it’s here to stay. It’s been a little cooler at night though, so I went with a lace peplum top, black pants and wedges for a dinner date night for my husband’s birthday. I’m pretty obsessed with my new Sole Society clutch – I had always thought of them as a brand with affordable, on-trend shoes, but they offer the same for bags and jewelry too! This clutch is roomy enough to store all of my essentials and it also has a cute strap. Also, if you haven’t tried J.Crew’s pixie pants, you are missing out… I have them in just about every color and they now come in other styles, with suede and snap details.
As for makeup, I was excited to try out Too Faced’s Better than False Lashes Extreme mascara, as this one has three steps to it, one of which adds lash extending fibers to give you the look of false lashes… and it works! Lastly, Ciate London’s Off Duty Nude from their Olivia Palermo collection is my new go-to. I did a DIY manicure before I left for a week long trip and it stayed in tact almost the entire time!
I’m not ready to let go of summer quite yet, so I’ll be sharing some more warm weather outfits soon, along with outfits that will help you transition into fall easily.
