I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and that usually includes eating healthy and exercising daily… at least during the weekdays. That’s not to say that I don’t indulge in the occasional chocolate bar at work when I’m craving it or pizza for dinner when I just don’t want to or have time to cook dinner. But when I’m trying to eat healthy, it’s helpful to know what foods are actually healthy. The below infographic is super helpful when it comes to picking out good-for-you food and drink options. Many of the items on the list – caesar salad, frozen yogurt and bottled green tea – are foods I love but just aren’t as healthy as you’d think!
